Terms & Conditions
- All prices listed are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on Indonesian immigration policies and workload.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation as required for each visa type.
- SETTARA CONSULTING acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for visa rejections due to incomplete or incorrect client documentation.
- Additional fees may apply for urgent requests, document translation, or special circumstances.
- Visa approval is solely at the discretion of Indonesian immigration authorities.
- Clients must comply with all Indonesian immigration laws and regulations during their stay.
- SETTARA CONSULTING reserves the right to refuse service if client information appears fraudulent or misleading.
- Extension requests must be submitted before the current visa/permit expires to avoid overstay penalties.
- All communications and documents will be kept confidential in accordance with our privacy policy.
Important: Price list is effective as of 01/01/2025. Please contact us for the most current pricing and processing times.
Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Full refund is available only if no work has been initiated on the visa application.
- Partial refund may be considered if processing has started but visa has not been submitted to immigration.
- No refund will be issued once the visa application has been submitted to Indonesian immigration authorities.
- Processing fees already paid to government agencies are non-recoverable.
- If visa is rejected due to client's incomplete documentation, no refund will be provided.
- Refund processing time is 7-14 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE once processing has begun:
- Express Visa services (1-day and 3-day processing)
- Airport Service (Visa without flying out)
- Visa on Arrival (VOA) and VOA Extensions
- E-VOA (Electronic Visa on Arrival)
- Any visa application already submitted to immigration
- Insurance fees paid to third-party providers
- Government levies and immigration fees
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their application at any time by submitting a written request.
- Cancellation requests submitted after visa submission to immigration will not qualify for refunds.
- If client decides not to proceed after document preparation has started, a 30% administrative fee will be deducted.
- Cancelled applications may affect future visa applications with Indonesian immigration.
- SETTARA CONSULTING is not liable for any losses incurred due to client-initiated cancellations.
